You don't want to be worn out before we're through, and it's not as if I'm going to make you a feast. Just something -- something small. Something that'll help get you through the paces."

Fruit, definitely. Maybe a little bit of toast and an egg, for the carbohydrates and protien and the energy they provided. Just a small little breakfast, as Sarah had suggested. He only hoped she would eat it -- or at least eat a bit of everything to keep her strength up.
